I don’t know where the desire came from to create order, though probably from my mother – but I do remember as a kid that I liked to mess up the monopoly money so I could straighten it back out – so yeah – I’m that kind of geek 🙂
As an employee, I always ended up creating systems for repetitive tasks in the office or documenting the tasks being done. I have created more process manuals than I can remember, but I didn’t even know that’s what they were called until several years after I had already been doing it.
I spent most of my professional career in the medical field, and have helped create systems in many different types of businesses.
As a certified coach, I bring a strong ability to listen and to cut to the heart of the matter. Excuses won’t get your business organized.
Of course, I don’t limit the content on this site to just your business. I believe that working from home creates a different set of challenges and since we work at home – it’s all related.
