Time Blocking is a concept that works for a lot of people, but can be a struggle to get started. This article from The Yarnpreneur Society discusses how to get started with time blocking and offers a great bonus tip!

While the concept of time blocking is simple, it can be difficult in practice. It requires planning to get the schedule right for you and it requires discipline to stick with it long enough for it to become a routine. I recommend trying it out in small increments at first, so it’s not a shock to your system and current routines.

  1. Love this! I have not been time blocking, except when I get on zoom with other entrepreneurs and we work for 1 hour. We talk at the beginning about what we will accomplish and then we go to work. We follow up after the hour is finished. I have loved it and been able to get a lot of work done during that hour. I think I might start doing a little time blocking and see what I can accomplish!
